meat cucumbers
fab- lettuce in particularly you just keep throwing down the seeds every few weeks & they spring up in days. salads here i come!& i discovered the cucumbers we buy in the shops is actually a dutch import which has taken over due to its greater growth yields. english cucumbers actually look like those things the BFG eat's- there spiky & much meatier (as opposed to watery )
