I like conversations with people of all ages. Yesterday i had a wonderful conversation with a 8 yr old... she actually asked me , about me! i would like to introduce this 8 yr old girl to some adults.
Recycling sending clothes i don't need to Africa
Also rearranging my appartment. It would seem i have put a bag containing my bra's in the collection bin for Africa. As luck would have it i had 2 in the wash. Spent the morning in bathing suit waiting for the wash to finish.Posted this on my facebook . A quite funny conversation followed (I am not small in this department!), what uses can they make of my bra's in Africa....
so far we have sun hats 2 for the price of 1. Slings for brokens bones or perhaps deterring wild animals , washing up bowls (ok this is an exaggeration!).
Any other suggestions?
I give and someone takes for me not thinking
I pick a older woman (63) hitch hiking her way back home. She want taken to the nearest highway (no money for the train). I said if she was prepared to wait in my car whilst i attened my doctors appointment, i would help her.To cut a longer story short.... i took her to the train station and paid for her a ticket back home , on returning to my car there was a nice white paper stuck to my windscreen!. Train ticket cost 17 euros , parking fine cost 53 euros!!. OOPS silly me. Lesson stop think.
