I make sure my household do this by posting a reminder on sinks to Turn off the faucet while brushing teeth and while soaping the hands.Growing something and eat it
I used to growing vegetables, herbs and fruit trees and eat the produce. It gives me euphoria eating it knowing it's pesticide free and organic. No pesticide means no toxins and chloro chemicals that negatively impact the environment.
