I have made it a habit to carry a backpack with used plastic bags most places I go. I sometimes offer them to others. Also, when possible, I gently remind other people to skip a bag. Just smile and say 'lets save the planet'. One Love.Tiger Style - shower technique
I have been taking cold showers since some point in college (8-10 yrs ago). Initially, I wanted to become stronger, but realized that my showers are shorter (save the planet), I feel AWAKE, dont need to use soap frequently (because I rub my skin vigorously to make it warm).
