I cooked Paella from scratch
I followed the recipe in one of my Jamie Olivers cook books. Then served it up for our new year's day family meal and it made a nice change to having a roast dinner "Pukka"Spread The Word
Every year I send a New Year message to my Friends by text or on "Facebook". On "Facebook" with my message this year I asked everyone to do some small actions to make a big change and posted the link to the site :-)
