Constructing light
The building site opposite me seems to have this policy of leaving ALL the lights on in the entire site...It's a ten story building.There is no darkness in my flat.
I have asked them. "It's for Health and Safety" they said.

Repair not replace
I love some of my clothes but they are getting old and a bit frail. But instead of replacing them I have taken to fixing them, or where I am unable to fix them I have got a local tailor to do it for me. I have re-waterproofed jackets and trousers, glued shoes and sewed holes.
