A smile costs nothing and cheers everyone up. Particularly the shelf stackers at the supermarket. What a boring job that must be! But today I saw two shelf stackers playing catch with the bags of potatoes, and when I accidentally got in the way they just smiled. we even played an inadvertent game of 'piggy in the middle'. So you see, smiling and laughing can really brighten your day - and you'll feel good doing it too, even if it's for a complete stranger like a shelf stacker.Not being a mug!
I generally don't buy takeaway tea or coffee unless I'm in a real rush - me and my housemate both have a thermos which we fill with our caffeinated beverages as and when we need them each day. so much easier, so much cheaper than buying coffee to go - and so much better than the environment!
