Walking through town, i spotted a 'special' looking man walking past a row of shops with a large, very colourful sign reading 'FREE HUGS'...but, much to my surprise, no one seemed too willing to take up this generous offer, so, throwing caution to the wind, i hugged the guy.
His smile said it all.
After that i was pleased to see many others obliging in a quick embrace, felt good :)
My presentation to an HR department
The week after the residential course i did some work experience at my step-dads work.. i felt pretty inspired after the course and didn't want to wait until september when the hype would've died down. I booked a meeting with the human resources guy and gave him a presentation. Now he's looking into integrating the whole movement into his company and buying the 'change the world 9-5' etc.. books for everyone. :)Spread the word
