Knitting tiny smoothie hats
Blackburn College knitting club is contributing towards the Innocent Smoothie Big Knit appeal to knit tiny hats to adorn the smoothies for sale. For each hatted smoothie sold 25p goes towards the Age UK appeal to help keep old people warm in winter. See the link below for patterns and promotional materials.Have fun

Every Wednesday lunch time I host knitting club at Blackburn College Sixth Form where staff and students can come along and either learn to knit or just brush up their skills and have a chat with like minded individuals. Last easter we knitted chicks to cover creme eggs and sold them to raise money for a college Dominica Commonwealth Exchange Project
