oh.
Oh. I think about many things, but apparently the fact that I am living in an old flat with little insulation is not just a problem for me, but for the planet as well... Time to move? 06 April 2012, 20:343.11 planets?!?
I had no idea I was living so badly...time to start changing things. 11 March 2012, 02:10WWF
I googled 'carbon footprint', then I clicked on the WWF carbon footprint website and answered a questionnaire, and it calculated my carbon footprint! Easy ;) 16 October 2011, 20:56OMG
i did this on a website mentioned on a link below and i got 4.6 tonnes i was really surprised i read the ways to stop i m sharing this with my family hopefully i can make a diffrence 25 May 2011, 18:042.5 planets
I tried two different sites, one gave me 10 tonnes (2.5 earths) and one 4.9 hectares.30 April 2011, 01:29
2.5 planets
Considering that we don't heat our house in winter at all, or even drive a car etc I was surprised to have gotten 2.5 planets. Guess it's time to start wondering how to cut down on that! 21 April 2011, 08:04Footprint
I used this website http://www.energysavingtrust.org.uk/ to calculate my footprint which was lower than expected but there are still ways I can improve xx 24 March 2011, 13:16Oops
3.4 planets! But it's hard to be better living in Egypt, less environmentally friendly schemes are in place here than the UK. 21 October 2010, 10:581.63 Planets Needed
I did it on the WWF website from the link on this page: http://footprint.wwf.org.uk/It is for the UK and I am in Canada, so when they were using pounds for currency I had to convert it to dollars. But, it is a really good site.
I found out that I need 1.63 planets to support my living style. Not good. But, now I have a challenge to change my living style a bit. I will try really hard to reduce my carbon footprint. 27 September 2010, 16:52
I did This Action
i found it very interesting indeed to find uot i was living my life in such a way, that my carbon footprint is 7.22 tonnes of carbon per annum, and as if we had 1.95 planets! Pretty poor really, have to try much harder... 25 May 2010, 21:21WWF~
I used the WWF footprint calculator adn found out I need ___ planets to live on! I have to start recycling and asking my parents to switch to energy saving lightbulbs and all that jazz :D 13 May 2010, 16:45my carbon footprint
I calculated my carbon footprint at a WWF carbon footprint site and it showed me that i am living as if there were 1.98 Earths. I think this is quite good.it also said that my carbon footprint was 7.27 tonnes which I am working to improve on.:)) Try this action it really fun!! 24 March 2010, 17:32carbon footprint
I FOUND THIS WEBSITE. IT IS GREAT FOR CALCULATING YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT! TRY IT!:)
http://footprint.wwf.org.uk/
It told me i had a carbon footprint that required 2.6 Earths! I am going to try to cut down. 23 March 2010, 16:51
:(
i didn;t understand thisssss:( 20 March 2010, 15:49
OMG!
I am living as if we had 2.37 planets to support us but we only have one. My carbon footprint is 8.34 tonnes per annum!!! 18 March 2010, 14:322.84 planets
D: I gotta start recycling. 16 February 2010, 14:48do it regulary
It's a good way to evaluate regulary to face the reality. 04 February 2010, 14:21Calculated Carbon Footprint
I always thought that I was very eco friendly since my family composts and recylces anything that can be recylced, and because I am a strict vegetarian, but I have found that I travel too much in gas-guzzling ways 03 January 2010, 21:42Carbon Footprint
I calculated my carbon footprint to be 13.40 tonnes per annum, which equates to needing 2.70 planets to support my lifestyle if the rest of the world was like me. I learned that I need to be more consistent with my green habits in order to reduce my impact.Carbon Footprint
I calculated my carbon footprint to be 13.40 tonnes per annum, which equates to living as if we had 2.70 planets. I learned that I need to commit to green living more frequently in order to reduce my impact even more.Carbon footprint
Well discovering how much it was, i take the bus in winter and ride myCycle in summer when it warmer ... not perfect but trying :) 10 December 2009, 14:19
carbon footpront
I got 2.20 planets !!! 18 November 2009, 17:52WOW!
i didn't think my family's carbon footprint is over 15 tonnes! 13 November 2009, 19:48footprint
I got 2.18 planets!!Shocked
I was shocked to find out that I am living as if there were 3.11 planets! Try to work out you own carbon footprint, follow the link http://footprint.wwf.org.uk/ to test yourself. 12 November 2009, 18:56Calculate your carbon footprint
I calculated my carbon footprint using www.carbonfootprint.com, and was quite pleased at how close I was to the world target, although I'm still over a ton off. I feel quite confident I can cut down with simple steps like changing my lightbulbs to energy efficient ones and walking to work, rather than taking the train - fingers crossed, that will cover get fitter, feel better, too, provided I don't collapse on the way home!

Save the world
All the little changes everyone makes will help to save the environment. reduceyourcarbonfootprint.com lists changes that could help you each cut your carbon footprint by 3 tonnes of CO2. The average household footprint is 12 tonnes of CO2. Make a small change and do your bit to save the world. 14 February 2008, 03:33
